[XAMPP,MAMP] PHPの初期設定

XAMPP、MAMP の初期値を日本語環境向けに設定する。

下記の場所にあるPHPの設定ファイル（php.ini）をテキストエディタで開き、編集する。

Windows のメモ帳を利用しないように注意して下さい。
それ以外のテキストエディタをご利用下さい。

XAMPP（Windows）

C:xamppphpphp.ini

MAMP（Mac）

/Applications/MAMP/conf/php5.6.2/php.ini
