随分長いこと、積ん読本に詰まれていたが、ふとしたキッカケで読んでみた。
それまでの社会学なんかの本では解りづらかったことが、理解できたように思う。

本書の基調は、リオタールの『ポスト・モダンの条件―知・社会・言語ゲーム (叢書 言語の政治)』の社会主義などの大きな物語の終焉以降の現代社会の分析にある。
